Shipping, Delivery and Payment Terms

Shipping

All prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

We ship to the following countries:
– Germany
– All member states of the European Union (EU)

A flat-rate shipping fee is charged per order:
– Germany: €5.95
– EU member states: €13.99

We do not offer free shipping. In the case of partial deliveries, the shipping fee is only charged once.

If the customer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, they shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

All deliveries are handled by DHL.

Delivery Terms

Unless otherwise specified, goods will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Within Germany, the standard delivery time is approximately 2 business days, depending on the shipping provider. Delivery times to other countries may be longer.

Orders containing multiple items will generally be shipped together, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time in such cases is based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.

Pre-Orders

For certain products, we offer pre-order options. These items are clearly marked as such in the shop. Shipping will occur at a later date, as specified in the product description, once the items become available. Payment is processed at the time of order.

For mixed shopping carts (pre-order + ready-to-ship items), we reserve the right to combine items into one shipment unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Obstacles

If delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government orders) or the failure of suppliers to deliver despite a timely cover transaction, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In such cases, you will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers as defined by § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

For business customers as defined by § 14 BGB, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider.
