Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the member states of the EU.
All orders are shipped with DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email includes a tracking link that allows you to follow your shipment on the DHL website. Just a few hours after your package has been handed over to DHL, you’ll be able to check the delivery status and see exactly where your order is at any time.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation from us, please check your spam folder or get in touch with our customer service to be sure.
Orders
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.
We have a fast processing system and aim to ship all packages as quickly as possible. Therefore, we’re unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
We do our best to process your order as carefully as possible, but mistakes can happen.
Did you receive a different item than the one you ordered?
Please send us an email at harajukudreams@dokomi.de and make sure to include your name and order number clearly.
You can add an address in your account and select your preferred shipping address when completing your order.
Once the order has been placed and paid for, it is no longer possible to change the address.
Returns
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days.
Your order does not include a pre-printed return label from DHL. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. In case of an accepted return, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once your return has arrived, we will inspect it and process the return if applicable.
We aim to refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible.
The refund will always be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
